Chef Brittany Hannah returns to her roots as Bistro 3 Nineteen has transitioned the business to counter service featuring a change to business hours and a new, fast-casual environment. They will celebrate with a ribbon cutting on Thursday, January 19 at 9:00 am at 796 11th St in Marion. The move brings new hours allowing the restaurant to feature unique and staple breakfast and lunch items all day. Chef Hannah said they will offer simple, delicious, scratch-made items made fresh. “Menu items are designed to be ready in a short period of time so that busy workers can get back to work,” said Hannah. “We’ve kept our soft seating as well for those who want to sit in a comfortable place with friends.” Bistro 3 Nineteen, which opened in Marion in 2018, quickly became known for its bakery case. Customers will be delighted to know they continue to offer fresh baked goods made daily. There is always something new and the classics are around all the time. Restaurant hours are Tuesday – Friday 7:30 am – 3:00 pm, Friday dinner 5-9 pm, Saturday brunch 9 am–2 pm, and Saturday dinner 5–8 pm. The restaurant is closed Sunday and Monday. In addition to breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Bistro 3 Nineteen offers boxed lunches, cookie and muffin trays, private parties, scratch made custom cakes, and catering.
