The City of Marion, Marion Chamber of Commerce and Uptown Marion Main Street are pleased to announce that the military tribute banners, sponsored by local residents and businesses, are now on display. The banners will be up from Memorial Day through Veterans Day 2024. Over 400 veterans and military personnel with ties to Marion are honored in the first seven years of the program. In addition to covering the cost of the banner, a portion of the sponsorship is donated to local veteran programs.
