Neighbor, a seasoned leader with over 35 years at FSB, will assume the role of President & Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Gene R. Neighbor. Gene, who has served as President & CEO for the past decade, will continue to play a vital role at FSB by leading the Wealth Management division.
